This Refund and Fraud Policy explains how imagineGrokAI handles orders, credits, plan access, refund requests, chargebacks, fraud, account abuse, and payment disputes.

imagineGrokAI provides digital AI generation tools, credits, plan access, API access, and related online services. These services may be delivered immediately after payment and may involve third-party AI processing, cloud resources, queue capacity, storage, moderation, and infrastructure costs.
Because the Service is digital and usage can begin immediately, refund eligibility depends on order status, usage activity, account records, technical records, payment status, and policy compliance.
Payments are processed by Stripe or another authorized payment provider. By completing an order, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the selected credits, plan, or access.
Please review the selected product, credit amount, plan terms, renewal terms, account email, billing details, and applicable policies before payment. You are responsible for taxes, payment processor fees, bank fees, card fees, currency conversion charges, and local charges imposed by your financial institution or applicable law.
Send refund requests to [email protected]. Include your account email, order reference, payment date, and the reason for the request.
Refund decisions are made at our discretion after reviewing account status, order records, generation activity, credit usage, access history, technical logs, support history, payment status, and policy compliance. Approval of one request does not require approval of another request.
We may review refund requests involving duplicate charges, confirmed unauthorized transactions, billing errors, or verified platform-side access failures that prevent normal use and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.

We may request information needed to verify a refund request. Requests may be denied if unsupported, delayed, inconsistent with account activity, connected to account sharing, or linked to policy violations.
AI generation can fail because of provider outages, safety filters, queue load, unsupported prompts, invalid uploads, network issues, model behavior, or account restrictions. A failed, filtered, delayed, or unsatisfactory generation does not automatically create refund eligibility.
When technically feasible, we may restore credits, retry a request, provide support, or review the matter case by case. We do not guarantee that any prompt will produce a specific result.
Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, contact us so we can review the issue directly. Opening a chargeback may result in account restriction while the dispute is investigated.
If a dispute is opened, we may provide account records, order details, payment records, login data, IP data, generation activity, credit usage, policy violations, support communications, and other relevant information to payment processors, banks, card networks, fraud prevention services, or legal authorities.
False, abusive, repeated, or bad-faith disputes may result in account termination, loss of access, refusal of future orders, and responsibility for dispute fees, collection costs, or other losses permitted by law.
We use internal systems and third-party tools to detect fraud, payment abuse, unauthorized access, account sharing, stolen payment methods, automated abuse, suspicious generation behavior, API abuse, and policy violations.
Prohibited conduct includes using stolen payment methods, submitting false billing information, abusing promotions, sharing or selling accounts, reselling credits or access, creating multiple accounts to bypass limits, scraping the Service, attacking infrastructure, misusing API access, evading safety controls, or concealing prohibited activity.
Accounts involved in fraud, abuse, security attacks, chargeback abuse, illegal content, child safety violations, non-consensual intimate content, or serious Terms violations may be restricted or permanently terminated without refund and may be reported to relevant providers, networks, or authorities.
We may update this policy at any time. Updated versions take effect when posted or otherwise communicated. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the updated policy.
